Middle Park House

Middle Park has a built environment that has taken generations to reach. Every terrace and every street tree is part of a collective character that new buildings either add to or take away from. Pascon understood going into this project that doing it well meant starting by listening to the suburb rather than arriving with a fixed idea of what the finished home should look like.

The result is a home that earns its place in the street and then exceeds every expectation once you step inside. The arched doorways, the herringbone floors, and the way the home opens to the garden all reflect a build that engaged genuinely with its context. The quality of the kitchen, the staircase, and the living spaces make equally clear that contextual sensitivity and luxury construction are not in competition with each other.
