george passas
CEO
With over 25 years of experience under his belt, George has been a pivotal figure in Victoria’s construction scene. His journey began with prestigious roles at Melbourne’s top construction companies, including Multiplex, Abigroup, and Buildcept, where he honed his skills in project management, design and construction, financial control, and client relationship management. His work on iconic and award-winning construction sites in Melbourne laid the foundation for his own venture, Pascon, established in 2015. Pascon quickly became known for delivering high-quality, architecturally designed residential dwellings, driven by George’s passion for innovative construction solutions.
Simon Tzivakis
Simon has been with Pascon from our humble beginnings. Working across a variety of project during his time both onsite and in the office. Simon has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the years establishing himself as an industry leading professional respected by his peers, contractors, suppliers and clients alike. Simon has a track record of delivering some of Pascon’s most iconic and award winning projects and continues to push the standard of “Building Excellence” on every job.
Angelo Papagelis
Angelo joined Pascon as a Contract Administrator in 2021. He works closely with site teams, subcontractors and supplies to assist with the delivery of Pascon’s projects. Angelo is driven individual and prides himself on his attention to detail and customer relations. He has established himself and a valued member of the team and respected by all his peers.
Nick Kriaris
Nick began his journey at Pascon as a first year carpentry apprentice in 2015. During his time, he has worked hard to establish himself as a leader of the company from becoming a qualified carpenter, leading hand, to foreman and now SiteManager. Nick has never shied away from a challenge, embracing his construction journey and excelling at every stage.
Michael Domajnko
Michael is an industry leading builder having been awarded Young Master Builder of the year in 2020. With over 16 years of building experience Michael leads the way in 21st century custom home building and construction management. He leads a proven team to build only the highest quality projects and inspires those around him to perform at their best. His attention to detail, subcontractor and client relations is testament to the successful delivery of projects at Pascon.
Dee Kaplan
Dee is a committed personal assistant at Pascon, known for her exceptional ability to streamline operations and enhance productivity. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing workflows, she thrives in dynamic environments,ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her unwavering dedication and adaptability in dynamic environments set her apart as a seamless worker, transforming challenges into opportunities for success. Dee goes above and beyond to support her team, making her an invaluable asset in fostering productivity and efficiency.
